Receive your plan within five days
Within 5 working days you will receive via email a completed plan, completed correspondence ready for your signature to send out to all parties that can possibly assist in this matter. These are determined based on your situation, the information you have provided to us and the laws in your state and where you are in the process.
Please be aware sometime you have to deal with the worse case scenario and that is that you are going to lose your home. If this is so we will then move right to the point of negotiating to see if we can negotiate a move out date and financial assistance from the lender. Sometimes the lender can save a lot of costs if you are willing to agree to move out and will therefore share some of these same costs.
Before we make this decision there are a lot of alternatives that can be explored.
This is the point that you will have to determine if you want to move up to our Upgradeable membership. This next cost offers to continue with you through the process as things change and continue updating your time line and providing more specific correspondence based on the initial responses.
You can also decide to move up to our Bronze Membership, which will help you remain in your home for the longest period of time. This package will help you delay the process and negotiate terms of foreclosure with your lender.
