Gather your records & documents

Collect the documents,records, and information we will need. Don’t worry if you don’t have everything. Just the more you have the faster you can complete the questionnaire and the more detailed plan we can develop immediately.

  1. Your Loan Information
  2. Your current payment status
  3. Your past due/late charges
  4. Your property tax information
  5. Your second or equity line if applicable
  6. Your Mortgage Insurance information
  7. Your Homeowners Association information
  8. The original mortgage broker.
  9. Your actual mortgage, you will need to look for a clause called “Power of Sale”
  10. If you have a late payment reminder, a Notice of Default, or if you have been contacted by someone at your lender or loan servicer. We will need this information
  11. If formal foreclosure proceedings have started we will need the information from the Court Filings that have been served on you, including the attorney representing your lender.
